Consulting firm Axys has appointed Cédric Guillouet as a partner in its Procurement and Supply Chain business unit. He joins existing partners Vincent Martegoutte and Arnault Scalabre, and will help grow the practice at a firm founded in 1987 that now counts more than 240 consultants and reports €37M in revenue.

The Brief

Axys positions itself around digital and supply chain transformation. Guillouet’s role centres on procurement and supply chain change work for the firm’s clients. President Laurence Suprano said his experience in procurement and supply chain transformation, combined with his grasp of industrial environments and organisational digitisation, would help clients pursue performance and sustainable transformation.

Two Decades in the Field

A graduate of Kedge Business School, Guillouet brings more than 20 years across procurement, consulting, information systems and supply chain. He started as a buyer at EDF, then moved into consulting as a manager at KLB Group and later CGI Business Consulting, working on procurement and supply chain performance. He went on to become a partner leading that same line at Althéa. More recently he was consulting director at procurement software vendor Oxalys, then associate director at Companion, a consultancy focused on digital procurement and supply chain tools.

His arrival signals where mid-size consultancies see their next wave of demand.
