Former VP Supply Chain & IT at Monoprix, Laetitia Balac-Ruscher has recently taken on the role of Managing Director of Fulfilment Solutions at Paragon, a Grenadier Holdings company. Her scope currently encompasses two business lines across 3 sites between France (Pas-de-Calais) and Romania (near Bucharest), totaling 450 employees.
Co-Packing and Co-Manufacturing
One business line focuses on co-packing and co-manufacturing, covering design, packaging development, production, robotic filling, and distribution of premium gift sets—often with personalization (sample boxes, gift boxes, coffee capsule welcome packs, SIM card kits, personalized pill organizers, etc.).
3PL Services
The other, resulting from the acquisition of part of Arvato Services’ French operations several years ago (two warehouses near Lens), resembles a traditional 3PL but adds supply chain services including inventory management and replenishment recommendations for “non-strategic” products such as consumables. The warehouses also store POS materials, banners, hangings, and flyers for Paragon Marketing Services clients.
International Expansion Mission
One of her key missions will be structuring governance and sales force to pursue international development in countries where Paragon has a strong presence, particularly the UK and Netherlands.
Holding a Master’s from ESCP Business School, Laetitia Balac-Ruscher began her career in logistics services, first at Groupe CAT (1998-2006) then at Geodis (2007-2016). Before joining Monoprix, she spent 6 years at Carrefour as VP Supply Chain for food, then non-food products.
