Founded in 1980 to aid people hit by conflict, natural disaster and disease, the organisation is replacing manual processes with a connected planning platform built to handle the complexity of relief operations.

The goal is operational efficiency. AI-driven analysis is meant to give the NGO clearer visibility on how its costs break down, sharpen budget control, and smooth forecasting between headquarters and a wide network of field offices. Anaplan, whose platform grew out of finance but now feeds decisions across functions including supply chain, will serve as the engine for that shift.
