After 40% revenue growth in 2025, coupled with a 50% increase in its client portfolio, Rman Sync aims to double its revenue this year. A specialist in AI-powered forecasting and planning, this young Normandy-based company founded in 2019 has seen its trajectory accelerate over the past three years thanks to the breakthrough of its Renovatio platform in major groups with complex operational management and supply chain performance challenges, bolstered by a €2.3 million funding round in late 2024.

Proven Scalability

The solution has demonstrated its stability and large-scale deployment capability, Rman Sync emphasizes, confirming the tool’s maturity and suitability for demanding industrial environments, both in France and internationally.

“2025 was a year of learning with the deployment of our solution in very large groups, now reaching more than one million forecasts per week and over 250 simultaneous users,” says co-founder and CEO Marc Malmaison.

Food Industry Entry

A key milestone was reached with Rman Sync’s entry into the agri-food market, which faces particularly critical planning and flow optimization challenges and often export-oriented activities.

International Expansion

International growth is one of the future development priorities: the startup traveled to Las Vegas for CES earlier this year, with prospects of signing first clients in the United States.

Innovation Roadmap

The roadmap obviously includes innovation, and the 5 hires already planned for 2026 to strengthen its team of around thirty people are targeted at R&D, product, and business development. Rman Sync intends to introduce advanced agentic AI solutions in Renovatio to enable users to “converse directly with Rman AI for strategic decision-making purposes.”

Among other projects: integrating carbon cost as a criterion for optimizing operational decisions, and a marked interest in the healthcare sector. Rman Sync has begun R&D collaboration with university hospitals to integrate clinical data for analyzing the impact of epidemics on hospital activity.
