French commercial real estate observatory EOL notes a rebound in logistics lease activity during Q4 2025, partially offsetting slower first three quarters. Take-up recovered in the final quarter as several large transactions closed.

Full-year 2025 results show a market in transition, with occupiers taking longer to make decisions but continuing to seek modern, sustainable logistics facilities. EOL particularly highlights strong demand for urban logistics facilities and last-mile delivery hubs near major metropolitan areas, as well as growing interest in automated warehouses supporting e-commerce growth.
