Supply chain planning software vendor Kinaxis has announced that Razat Gaurav will take over as CEO, succeeding John Sicard who has led the company since 2013. Sicard will remain as Executive Chairman.
With experience spanning McKinsey, PepsiCo, and Blue Yonder (formerly JDA Software), Razat Gaurav brings deep supply chain expertise.
“Kinaxis has built an incredible platform and team, and I’m honored to lead the next phase of growth,” states Gaurav.
Kinaxis serves major global manufacturers with its RapidResponse concurrent planning platform. The appointment comes as demand for AI-enabled supply chain planning continues to grow—Citwell recently recruited Jack Abdo to strengthen its own AI capabilities in supply chain consulting.
