After less than six months of construction, Dachser has opened its new transport agency of just over 4,000 sqm located in Garons, near Nîmes. Developed by Faubourg Promotion, this installation employs 50 people, has 40 loading docks, and is certified for hazardous materials handling (full ADR).
Designed to serve clients in various sectors (agri-food, cosmetics, textiles, DIY), it aims to reinforce synergies between the provider’s transport and contract logistics activities in the region. “Its proximity to our new transport agency offers clients a unique hub where transport and warehousing reinforce each other,” emphasizes Murat Kayki, regional general manager at Dachser.
