Delivered in early 2025, the 30,700 sqm platform developed by Argan in Bain-de-Bretagne already housed Dimolog in 3 of its 5 units (for a L’Oréal contract), and a fourth was leased at year-end by Ducournau Logistique.

First Western France Footprint

In early December, the Provence-based provider moved into the 5,400 sqm space (plus 300 sqm of offices), marking its first capacity in western France with direct access to the RN 137 connecting Rennes to Nantes.

Growing Network

An extension of the Ducournau transport group into logistics, this still family-owned company now counts 9 sites in France—in the PACA region but also in the North, Lyon area, Indre-et-Loire, and now Brittany—totaling around 90,000 sqm with over 700 employees. Operations cover storage and preparation of various products including canned goods, photovoltaic panels, and wine.

Strong 2025 for Argan

“With this Ducournau Logistique signing in Bain-de-Bretagne, our Development teams ended 2025 with more than 65,000 sqm of new space leased through four transactions. This is a notable performance in a less favorable market context, and a good indicator of the relevance of Argan’s model based on mastering the entire value creation chain,” says Ronan Le Lan, Chairman of the Management Board of France’s leading premium warehouse property company.

For both transactions at this Brittany site, Argan was advised by BNP Paribas Real Estate.
