The Sicaap cooperative—specializing in potato collection and commercialization—has begun construction of a logistics platform doubling its storage capacity. This new installation in Arras, Pas-de-Calais, will be delivered in summer 2026 by industrial developer GSE.

The turnkey contract includes structural engineering, dry lot work, architecture and structural calculations, as well as equipment. Total surface area: 14,000 sqm with a height of 14 meters, divided between a 9,000 sqm storage zone and 5,000 sqm for service and office areas.

GSE continues to be a major player in French logistics construction. The developer also delivered Téréva’s 38,000 sqm automated platform near Laval, demonstrating capabilities across project scales.

The Hauts-de-France region remains a hotspot for logistics investment, with Jacky Perrenot also expanding near Lille with a 30,000 sqm facility.
