JS Logistics, the French subsidiary of Chinese cross-border e-commerce logistics group Zongteng, has enlarged its warehousing capacity in France through a series of leases with logistics real estate group Prologis. French logistics trade press reported on 20 October 2026 that the operator now holds around 55,000 sqm across three Prologis warehouses in the country.
The centrepiece is a nine-year lease on building DC2 at Prologis Park Évry, in Lisses (Essonne), south of Paris. The cross-dock unit, built in 2004, covers about 37,000 sqm split into six cells and will serve as a storage and order-preparation centre for JS Logistics’ French distribution. Stratégies Logistique reported that the lease took effect in April 2026.
Set up in France in 2018, JS Logistics has operated from a Prologis site at Gonesse, north of Paris, since that year. It renewed a lease of around 18,000 sqm there in the first half of 2026, according to Stratégies Logistique, taking its Prologis footprint in the country to the reported 55,000 sqm.
Part of a broader Chinese build-out in France
The Prologis deals add to a run of French leasing by the group. In March 2026, JS Logistics took a 32,000 sqm building from developer Argan at Coudray-Montceaux, also in Essonne.
The moves fit a wider pattern. Chinese companies leased more than 2.5 million sqm of logistics and industrial space in Europe between early 2024 and mid-2026, including 153,000 sqm in France, Stratégies Logistique reported.
