Nomadia has added multi-level tracking to its Delivery software, giving carriers and logistics operators a finer view of what happens to goods in transit. The French SaaS vendor, which builds tools for field-based professionals, now lets users follow a shipment down to its individual components at every step.

Tracking Below the Shipment Line

The new capability targets deliveries with complex flows. Think of goods that move as palletized loads to consolidate volume, then get broken back down and re-associated later in the journey. A pallet can be linked to the parcels it carries. A master parcel can be linked to the units inside it. A container can be tied to the various products it transports.

Who It Is For

The feature is aimed at carriers, logisticians and distribution players who want more visibility over execution and tighter operational control. For shippers running multi-leg or grouped deliveries, the ability to see each layer of a consignment separately is the practical draw.

Granular tracking is fast becoming table stakes in delivery software. The question for buyers is how deep they actually need to go.
