Honeywell has closed the sale of two logistics businesses within days of each other, tightening a three-year effort to refocus on industrial and building automation. The two deals move well-known warehouse brands out of the group and into buyers built around them.

Warehouse and Workflow Solutions Goes to AIP

On 27 July, Honeywell sold its Warehouse and Workflow Solutions (WWS) unit to American Industrial Partners. The buyer is folding it into Trew Automation, a conveyor, sortation, software and engineering specialist it acquired in 2023. WWS posted around $935M in 2025 revenue with more than 3,300 employees, and it carries the Intelligrated brand Honeywell bought in 2016 along with conveyor and sortation maker Transnorm.

Productivity Solutions and Services Sold for $1.4B

On 3 August, Honeywell completed the $1.4B sale of its Productivity Solutions and Services (PSS) division to Brady Corporation. PSS makes barcode scanners, rugged terminals, printers and mobility devices for logistics operations, and it generated roughly $1.1B in 2025 revenue. Brady, which already works in industrial identification and safety, runs 6,400 employees worldwide and reported $1.51B in 2025 revenue.

Stripping out two hardware-heavy logistics lines leaves Honeywell leaner and more concentrated. The question now is what the group builds with the room it has cleared.
