Already well-established in Alsace where it was founded in 1955, Jung Logistique is acquiring Klein Group, another Alsatian family business based in Bischoffsheim. With about 50 employees and annual revenue of around €11M, Klein offers transport, logistics, freight forwarding, and vehicle maintenance/repair services through its entities Les Routiers de l’Est and Klein Véhicules Industriels.

Its transport and logistics activities rely on about 30 road vehicles and three warehouses in Bischoffsheim and Molsheim offering 27,000 sqm of storage capacity. Before acquiring Klein, Jung Logistique already had a fleet of over 200 vehicles and about 20 warehouses totaling 400,000 sqm. Jung is ranked 53rd in the latest Top 135 3PL with French contract logistics revenue of €60M.
