American company Stord, which offers a software platform for e-commerce fulfillment optimization with OMS and WMS integration connecting to over 100 sites and marketplaces (Amazon, Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.), continues its external growth. Eight months after raising $200M, Stord has completed its 5th acquisition by purchasing competitor Shipwire.
This entity was part of Ceva Logistics following the 3PL’s acquisition of its parent company Ingram Micro Commerce & Lifecycle Services in late 2021. With this takeover, Stord integrates 12 new distribution centers in the US, Europe, and Asia, doubling its operated sites.
Stord also gains AI development capabilities and client access to Ceva Logistics’ global warehouse network.

The deal reflects the ongoing consolidation in e-commerce fulfillment technology. Companies are seeking end-to-end solutions that combine software with physical fulfillment capabilities.
