Japanese logistics provider Yusen Logistics will partner with Africa Global Logistics (AGL)—the recent incarnation of Bolloré Transport & Logistics since its sale to MSC Group in 2023—to establish a joint venture operating primarily from Kenya. The objective: to develop across Africa via an initial network of offices in Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, and Tanzania.
This alliance will focus on B2B distribution, integrated supply chain and logistics solutions, and freight forwarding services. “With AGL’s extensive expertise in Africa and Yusen Logistics’ global solutions offer, this joint venture will strengthen supply chains and provide a comprehensive logistics network,” states Yusen Logistics.
