French multi-brand automotive spare-parts distributor Exadis is moving its Paris-region logistics from Gennevilliers to a renovated 10,000-square-metre platform in Villeneuve-la-Garenne, about three kilometres away, with go-live set for 16 November 2026. The new site is fitted with conveyors from intralogistics specialist Boa Concept and is designed to handle roughly 2.5 times the throughput of the outgoing warehouse.
More references, higher throughput
The platform will open stocking 45,000 references — 35,000 transferred from Gennevilliers plus 10,000 new ones — rising by about 20,000 in 2027 and reaching a planned 90,000 in the long term. Exadis expects to start at around 8,000 order lines shipped per day, matching current Gennevilliers capacity, and is targeting up to 20,000 lines a day. Storage is spread over three levels, including a two-level mezzanine built by Adetech.
Boa Concept conveyors and control software
Boa Concept, Exadis’s long-standing transit-handling supplier, is installing up to 450 linear metres of conveyors serving as many as 17 preparation stations, with a throughput of 1,800 parcels per hour. The line is driven by Boa Central Suite, the vendor’s web-based warehouse control system, interfaced with Exadis’s Infor M3 CloudSuite ERP. The conveyor line at the Gennevilliers site is to be retrofitted and moved to Exadis’s platform in Saint-Priest, near Lyon.
