Commercial-vehicle spare-parts maker Sampa plans a new combined logistics and industrial site at Saint-Priest, east of Lyon, to support its parts distribution and remanufacturing in France. The building, due for delivery in the second quarter of 2027, will sit in the ZAC Urban’East business park.
A 6,570 sqm logistics-and-industrial build
The site will occupy a 12,385 sqm plot and total around 6,570 sqm of floor space, comprising a 4,525 sqm warehouse, 1,700 sqm of industrial space dedicated to remanufacturing, and 344 sqm of offices. It is scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2027. According to Lyon Capitale, the investment is backed by Bpifrance, Banque Populaire and Crédit Agricole.
Automated small-parts storage
The warehouse will offer more than 10,000 pallet locations alongside an automated small-parts storage system with 24,000 locations and a 12-metre clear height. The single site will bring together Sampa’s parts storage and distribution with its remanufacturing activity in the Lyon area.
