Fortidia, a Milan-based B2B and B2C shipping group, has acquired Wing, a French e-logistics specialist and an early mover in ship-from-store fulfilment. The deal tightens Fortidia’s grip on the French market and hands Wing a European network to scale into.

What Fortidia gains

Founded in Paris in 2015, Wing runs a SaaS platform wired to more than 30 e-commerce platforms and more than ten carriers, serving over 300 clients across online retailers, brands and 3PLs. The company fused a 3PL model with software, pushed revenue past €20M and shipped more than 10 million parcels, with annual growth above 30% since 2021. Chief executive and co-founder Jean-Baptiste Maillant said Wing now targets €100M in revenue within three years and plans to deploy its ship-from-store solution across more than a thousand Mail Boxes Etc. sites in Europe.

The buyer

Fortidia gathers roughly a dozen B2B and B2C brands spanning parcel shipping and delivery, marketing, digitalisation and printing, among them World Options, Pack & Send, PostNet, ParcelValue and Gel Proximity. In France it owns the Mail Boxes Etc. (MBE) network, about a hundred franchised multi-service centres. Across 56 countries the group counts 3,200 locations, 14,000 staff and some 900,000 business customers, and it reported €1.4B in revenue last year. Giuseppe Filosa, its vice-president for international development and external growth, said Wing slots naturally into that ecosystem and brings proven tools and expertise.

Why it matters

For Fortidia, Wing is a build-up play aimed at small and mid-sized firms that want more integrated shipping. For Wing, MBE’s European footprint is a ready channel for ship-from-store, a model still finding its feet outside a handful of markets.
