Mon Marché, the online grocery arm of French retail group Prosol (Grand Frais, BioFrais), has rolled out Hardis Supply Chain’s In-Store Logistics software to run operations at its Paris-region warehouse. The move replaces an in-house tool that could no longer keep pace with the retailer’s growth.

The Trigger

From a 4,000 sqm site at Thiais, in the Val-de-Marne, Mon Marché handles up to 2,000 orders a day. It delivers across the Île-de-France region seven days a week, from 6am to 11pm, and also supplies stores offering click and collect. Annual growth of around 30% had outpaced the homegrown system the company used to steer flows and direct its operators. That gap is what pushed the switch.

What Changed

The retailer put Hardis In-Store Logistics into production during 2025. Best-before date management was a particular draw, a sensitive point for any fresh-grocery operation. According to Hardis, operator supervision is now far more granular, with teams getting real-time visibility on picking progress and operational performance. That visibility, the vendor argues, makes it easier to hold service and quality commitments made to customers.

A Familiar Platform

The product is not new. Launched in 2017 as Reflex In-Store Logistics, it was built around point-of-sale operations from the outset. Mon Marché’s deployment is another sign that store-oriented software is finding a second home in fast-growing e-commerce grocery, where the line between warehouse and shop floor keeps blurring.
