Already well established in the region with warehouses in Azuqueca de Henares, Alovera, and Cabanillas del Campo, ID Logistics is currently building an 80,000 sqm platform in Tórtola de Henares, in the same Guadalajara province northeast of Madrid.

Supporting Growth in Key Sectors

Located within Pulsar Logistics Park Tórtola, developed by Spanish real estate group Pulsar Properties, this future warehouse aims to support the provider’s growth in healthcare, cosmetics, and FMCG sectors, with commissioning scheduled for 2027.

€100M+ Investment

With capacity for at least 100,000 pallet positions, the facility represents an investment exceeding €100M, featuring automation solutions, intelligent conveyor systems, advanced flow management tools, and picking assistance technologies.

Innovation Campus Concept

ID Logistics also envisions it as an internal innovation campus, with dedicated spaces for developing and testing new automation, energy efficiency, and AI technologies.

“This campus is not just another warehouse—it’s a new way of thinking about logistics,” says Jérôme Jacek, Managing Director of ID Logistics Iberia. “It embodies a more human, more sustainable, and smarter model, where technological innovation integrates with people’s wellbeing and regional growth. With this initiative, we strengthen our commitment to operational excellence and logistics solutions tailored to our clients’ needs.”

Nearly 350 people will eventually work at the new ID Logistics site.
