French logistics software vendor Akanea is developing its customer portal in partnership with Spacefill, the warehouse marketplace platform. This collaboration aims to provide Akanea’s 3PL clients with enhanced tools for client communication and service management.
The integration enables logistics providers using Akanea’s WMS to offer their customers real-time visibility on inventory and orders, along with self-service capabilities. “This partnership combines our WMS expertise with Spacefill’s marketplace innovation to create value for our clients and their end customers,” states Akanea.
