Contract logistics specialist ID Logistics has announced it will seek to recruit 6,000 new employees worldwide in 2026 to support its continued growth.

The French 3PL, which operates over 400 sites across 18 countries, generated revenues of €3.3B in 2024.

The recruitment drive spans warehouse operators, supervisors, engineers, and corporate functions.

“Our development is driven by the trust of our clients and the engagement of our teams,” states Eric Hémar, ID Logistics CEO.

Key growth areas include e-commerce fulfillment, healthcare logistics, and sustainable supply chain solutions.

The hiring spree contrasts with network optimization efforts elsewhere. Zalando is closing its Erfurt center affecting 1,000 employees, illustrating how different business models drive divergent logistics strategies.
