French REIT Argan saw its rental revenues increase by 7% over the past year, rising from €198M to €212M across its portfolio of over 100 warehouses in France (totaling over 3.7 million sqm at end-2025, with over 99% occupancy). Portfolio valuation gained 4%, reaching €4.07B.

Growth primarily stems from full-year revenues from 8 sites delivered in 2024 and January 2025 rent revision (+3.45%). For 2026, €165M in investments have been secured, including nearly €120M for Puma (42,000 sqm near Strasbourg) and Ferrero (two sites totaling over 50,000 sqm in Normandy).
