Approaching its 25th anniversary, auto parts e-commerce pioneer Oscaro unveiled in January a strategic project to consolidate by 2027 its logistics currently split between two warehouses in Cergy and Gennevilliers. The 22,000 sqm flagship facility is under construction in Éragny-sur-Oise, between these two northwestern Paris suburbs.

State-of-the-Art Automation

The site is located at eParkWest, developed by Dentressangle Immobilier Logistique on 27 hectares of a historic Renault site, within the first phase of an 80,000 sqm building by Idec. For Oscaro, the challenge is to leverage cutting-edge real estate and automation capabilities, with the prospect of more than doubling stored SKUs to 30,000—while its database lists over 1.5 million parts for 70,000 vehicle models.

Same-Day Shipping Target

The goal is to ship 70% of orders same-day (versus 20-30% currently), primarily to DIY enthusiasts repairing their cars with new OEM parts, as well as Oscaro’s own private-label components.

Workforce Transition

The Éragny location will allow all teams to join the new site, transferring operations from both existing facilities in two waves scheduled for 2026 and 2027. Oscaro notes that 95% of its workforce is concentrated in this part of the Ile-de-France region, even though its business has long been international (Spain since 2006, Belgium in 2015, Portugal since 2017).

€15-20M Investment

Currently shipping around 9 million parts annually for €250M in revenue, Oscaro—part of Parts Holding Europe (PHE) since 2018—is investing €15-20M in this logistics overhaul, including the warehouse lease and a goods-to-person automation system with 40,000 bins.
