Since last November, Citwell’s commitments to sustainable transformation—for clients and internally—are officially inscribed in its corporate statutes. The supply chain and operations transformation consultancy has become a “Mission-Driven Company” (Entreprise à Mission) under France’s 2019 PACTE law.
Purpose Statement
“Our purpose is to provide insight and drive the technical and human transformation of our clients’ value chains, while ensuring a positive impact on the world,” declares Guillaume Allemand, Chairman of the Citwell Group.
Formalized CSR Journey
This marks a significant milestone in the CSR journey the consultancy launched in 2019, highlighted in 2024 with a new black and green logo. Beyond economic performance, its social, societal, and environmental objectives will now be regularly evaluated and validated by a mission committee comprising four internal representatives (Arnaud Cantin, Marina Chabrier, Stéphane Lescure, and Axelle Valentin) and three external figures (Yann de Feraudy, Florence Jeantet, and François-Michel Lambert).
Independent Verification
Additionally, every two years, independent third-party organization In Itinere will verify the coherence of the mission and its operational implementation.
