Processing volumes continue to grow and a new regulatory compliance challenge was added in 2025 to the six-year partnership between Laboratoires Boiron and logistics provider Staci for managing the promotional materials of the homeopathy specialist.
360 SKUs, 16,900 Orders
Advertising posters and leaflets, furniture and counter displays: the picking logistics specialist managed some 360 SKUs throughout 2025 at one of its Lyon-area sites in Saint-Priest, preparing no fewer than 16,900 orders for Boiron’s 200 medical representatives and its network of partner pharmacies—totaling 111 tons of merchandise.
The number of packages has increased by 76% since the beginning of their collaboration, while the number of SKUs to manage has soared by 171%.
Regulatory Compliance Innovation
In mid-2025, the service was enriched with a new component to address compliance with regulations governing the dissemination of information on pharmaceutical specialties in canvassing or prospecting operations.
Staci responded by developing a dedicated supervision module that connects to its own MyLink Santé platform, already used by Boiron to manage its catalogs and track all inbound and outbound flows. The new process ensures that each shipment handled by Staci is controlled and validated in compliance with the medical visit charter established by the Economic Committee for Health Products (CEPS).
Finalized in mid-2025, this Staci innovation has already been deployed to around twenty laboratories.
